| Typically orders take 5-10 business days to complete, however, we will do the best we can to accommodate rush orders. |

| What type of art file do you need to set up my custom order? |
| |
| CustomSwag prefers artwork in Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator. We understand not everyone has these files and will try to work with whatever files or hard copy artwork you have available. Hard copy sketches may be faxed to (905) 319-8007. |

| Do I need a special art file to have work shirts and hats embroidered? |
| |
| Yes, you need a DST file in order for us to have your garments embroidered. CustomSwag charges a competitive one-time fee to convert your artwork to this required format. This DST file of your artwork will then be available for a life time. Please contact us for an artwork conversion quote. |

| Will you drop ship orders for me? |
